【2017年10月18日,北京】今天,前途汽车亮相2017节能与新能源汽车成果展。本次成果展上,前途汽车全面展示了核心技术和苏州生产基地制造工艺。围绕电动汽车核心技术难题“车身轻量化”,前途汽车展示了在碳纤维和铝合金等新材料应用方面的突破性制造工艺和成果。

随着中国新能源汽车行业不断发展,新能源汽车竞争愈发激烈。前途汽车董事长陆群表示,“从长期来看,新能源汽车行业的发展应该在充分的市场竞争下实现。新进入者需要具有自主研发的电动汽车核心技术,以及围绕核心技术打造的全新生产模式,才能更好地推动中国新能源汽车产业健康发展,打造出高品质的中国汽车品牌。”

前途以用户为中心,将互联网思维充分运用在造车流程中,为用户提供定制化服务体验。前途苏州生产基地将实现整车制造数字化、透明化和可视化。用户下单后即可通过互联网和APP,全程了解自己爱车的生产制造进展。生产基地采用订单拉动式生产,收到用户订单后,启动全供应链快速响应机制,依据客户需求打造优质产能,在中国率先实现大规模定制和柔性化生产。

在生产制造方面,围绕 “车身轻量化”规划的苏州生产基地,在生产工艺方面坚持探索创新,引进国际上自动化程度最高的碳纤维模压生产线,将率先实现碳纤维在中国量产车上的大规模应用。前途K50整车29个碳纤维覆盖件总重量仅46kg。

同时,前途汽车攻克了铝合金车身框架焊接热变形的行业难点,建成了中国第一条全铝合金车身框架批量生产线。前途K50的全铝合金框架结构比传统钢板车身框架减重30%。全铝合金车身框架与碳纤维覆盖件相结合的轻量化结构,使前途K50整备质量降低250~300kg。

前途坚持“先天下之行而行”的理念,探索创新的脚步从未停止,值得一提的是此次展出的免喷漆工艺,是前途正在开发的车身表面处理工艺。应用该工艺可以避免传统喷漆工艺带来的油漆污染,使生产过程更加环保。前途苏州生产基地年底将实现小批量下线,用实际行动助力“中国制造2025”。

除了生产工艺外,本次车展前途汽车还展示了其在核心三电技术方面的成果。前途汽车的电池系统采用液冷方式,可以满足动力电池在高温45℃和低温-30℃条件下高效率运转,续航里程受环境温度影响较小,避免在北方寒冷的冬季,电动汽车续航里程急剧减少的情况出现。新能源车展现场展示的恒温箱中高温设置达55℃,低温至-30℃,电池能量输出依旧维持在正常水平。搭载可再充电能量储存系统(RESS)的前途K50将于2018年正式上市。

[October 18, 2017, Beijing] At IEEV China 2017, Qiantu Motor Company comprehensively put on display their core technologies and manufacturing process at their Suzhou manufacturing base. They revealed their manufacturing breakthroughs and achievements in the application of new materials such as carbon fiber and aluminum alloys, focused on lightweight body development which is a key technical difficulty in the manufacturing of electric vehicles. With the continuous development of China’s NEV industry, competition among NEVs is becoming increasingly fierce. Lu Qun, chairman of Qiantu Motor Company, said that, "The NEV industry must develop in a fully competitive market environment as a long-term trend. New entrants should have independently-developed core technologies and new manufacturing models based on such technologies. That's the only way to push the healthy development of the Chinese NEV industry and to create high-quality Chinese auto brands." Always putting users first, Qiantu Motor Company applies internet-thinking to the auto-making process in order to provide a customized service experience to their customers. Their Suzhou manufacturing center will be a fully digitalized, and open-concept vehicle manufacturing base. Customers are able to see the full manufacturing process of their ordered car through their website or APP. The Suzhou manufacturing base is the first base in China that enables large-scale customization and flexible production—adopting an order-driven production system, which means that once an order is received, a fast supply-chain response mechanism is activated to create quality products according to specific customer needs.

Centered on lightweight body development, Qiantu Motor’s Suzhou manufacturing base consistently drives innovation in manufacturing technology—such as introducing the most automated carbon fiber moulding production line in the world. This makes Qiantu Motor Company the first in China to enable the large-scale application of carbon fiber on mass-production vehicles. The Qiantu K50 has 29 carbon fiber parts that weigh only 46kg in total.

Moreover, Qiantu Motor Company has built the first full-aluminum-alloy frame production line in China, overcoming the industrial difficulties of thermal deformation in the welding of aluminum-alloy body frames. The aluminum-alloy frame of Qiantu K50 is 30% lighter than a traditional steel frame, and the lightweight structure comprising of a full aluminum alloy body frame and carbon fiber parts reduces the K50's total weight by 250-300kg.

True to their concept of "Evolution in Motion", Qiantu has never stopped its exploration in innovation. Their paint-free technology on display at the show is a car surface treatment technology developed by Qiantu Motor Company. It prevents paint pollution caused by the traditional painting process and makes the production eco-friendlier. A small number of products will roll off the production line at Qiantu's Suzhou manufacturing base at the end of this year, as part of their concrete efforts to support the national "Made in China 2025"plan for transforming China's manufacturing.

In addition to manufacturing technology, Qiantu Motor Company also displayed its achievements in EV battery, motor and electric control developments at the show. Its battery system uses liquid cooling technologies to ensure efficient battery operations in the temperature range from -30℃ to 45℃. As a result, driving range would be little affected by ambient temperature, avoiding drastic reduction of range in cold winter in northern China. Battery power consumption remained unaffected in the temperature range from -30℃ to -55℃ in thermostats exhibited at the booth. The Qiantu K50 with RESS (Rechargeable Energy Storage System) will hit the market in 2018.
