【2016 年10月10日,北京】今天,北京长城华冠汽车科技股份有限公司(以下简称“长城华冠”)年产5万辆新能源乘用车项目获得国家发改委批准。继北京新能源汽车股份有限公司和杭州长江乘用车有限公司之后,长城华冠成为第三家获得新能源乘用车生产资质的企业。

该项目的实施主体是长城华冠全资子公司前途汽车(苏州)有限公司(以下简称“前途汽车”)。该公司于2015年2月成立,专注于研发,生产,销售和运营“前途”品牌系列纯电动车。

长城华冠董事长陆群先生表示:“今天是长城华冠的新起点,也是前途汽车加入马拉松比赛的开始。我们会继续全情投入,坚守专注、执着的信念,为更多用户打造富有驾趣的纯电动车。”

目前,前途汽车已经开始试制新一轮的工程验证样车。本期试制车辆将分别针对稳定性、安全性等指标进行工程验证,为产品安全性提供保障。预计在正式投产前,前途汽车将生产制造不低于100辆的各种用途的样车,以完成包括工程验证、工装验证、工艺验证、生产验证等在内的近百万公里各类验证。

根据规划,前途汽车投产的首款车型为高性能双座跑车K50,其准量产车型已于2016年北京车展亮相,计划2017年底与消费者见面。该款车型搭载了整车控制管理系统(VCU)、可再充电能量储存系统(RESS)和应用复合材料的整车轻量化三大核心技术,采用了全铝合金车身框架以及碳纤维车身覆盖件。车辆配备双电机四驱系统,最大功率300 千瓦,最大扭矩600 牛·米,0-100公里加速仅4.6秒,续航里程可达300 公里。根据规划,未来前途汽车还将推出系列轻量化并富有驾驶乐趣的纯电动车型。

前途汽车生产基地已于2016年2月在苏州高新区奠基,一期投资逾20亿元人民币,占地面积23万平方米,先期计划产能5万辆。该基地按工业4.0标准建设,工厂围绕“车身轻量化”,打造包括“碳纤维快速模压车间”及“全铝车身焊接车间”在内的全新生产系统。

October 10, 2016, Beijing】CH-Auto Technology's (CH-Auto) new energy passenger vehicle project with the annual production capacity of 50,000 units was approved by the NDRC today. CH-Auto became the third automaker qualified to manufacture new energy passenger vehicles after BAIC BJEV in Beijing and Changjiang EV in Hangzhou.

The project will be undertaken by Qiantu Motor (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (Qiantu Motor), a wholly-funded subsidiary of CH-Auto that was founded in February 2015 and specialized in the R&D, manufacturing, sales and operation of Qiantu pure EV series.

"Today marks a new starting point for CH-Auto and the beginning of Qiantu Motor's participation in the marathon. We will remain committed to creating pure EVs with driving fun for more users," said Lu Qun, chairman of CH-Auto.

Qiantu Motor has started making a new round of prototype cars for engineering verification. This group of prototype vehicles will go through engineering verification for such indicators as stability and safety to guarantee product safety. Before mass production, Qiantu Motor will make no less than 100 prototype cars of various purposes to complete a wide range of verifications over nearly one million kilometers, covering engineering, assembly, process and manufacturing verification.

According to the plan, the first model that Qiantu Motor will produce is the high-performance two-seater K50, whose would-be production model was presented at Auto Beijing 2016, and it will meet the consumers at the end of 2017. The model is equipped with the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS) and overall lightweight technology that applies composite materials, and uses all-aluminum alloy body frame and carbon fiber body parts. Fitted with dual-motor four-wheel-drive system, the model has the maximal power of 300kw, maximal torque of 600Nm, 0-100km/h acceleration within 4.6 seconds and a driving range of 300km. Qiantu Motor will launch a series of lightweight pure EVs with driving joy in the future.

Qiantu Motor's manufacturing Center broke ground in Suzhou High-tech Zone in February 2016, which has RMB2-billion investment in the first phase, covers an area of 230,000m2 and has initial planned production capacity of 50,000 units. Built with Industry 4.0 standards, the manufacturing center will have a new production system including the "carbon fiber fast molding workshop" and "all-aluminum body welding workshop" to achieve "lightweight body".
