前途汽车携三大核心技术亮相节能与新能源汽车成果展

2016年10月13日】今天,前途汽车携前途K50及一系列自主研发的电动汽车核心技术亮相2016节能与新能源汽车成果展览会。这是自前途汽车获得纯电动乘用车生产资质后首次公开亮相,也是前途汽车首次全面展示其三大核心技术:整车控制管理系统(VCU)、可再充电能量储存系统(RESS)和整车轻量化技术。

VCU就像是人的大脑,控制电动汽车的各个“机能器官”,使车辆行驶管理、能量管理、通讯管理、人机交互、及安全管理等各模块协同工作,从而保障整车的驱动系统及能量系统浑然一体。

无论严寒酷暑,作为“能量调节系统”的RESS,均可使电池在合理的温度条件下安全工作,并且能够提高电池的充放电性能和使用寿命。这些技术都已经在前途K50上得到应用,并进行了大量测试,可保证在遇到极端天气或者碰撞时车辆的安全性。

在整车轻量化技术方面,前途汽车充分利用新型材料为整车“减脂增肌”。前途K50采用全铝合金车身框架和碳纤维车身覆盖件,较传统车身及底盘设计,整备质量降低约250~300kg。本次前途汽车展台上方悬挂的全碳纤维车身覆盖件,重量不到100kg,展示了其在整车轻量化方面领先的技术。整车重量的大幅降低,减少了动力电池的使用数量,进而优化了加速和制动性能。前途K50零到百公里加速仅需4.6秒,使用户可充分体验到电动汽车所带来的驾驶乐趣。据悉,前途汽车在建的苏州生产基地将围绕“车身轻量化”,打造包括“碳纤维快速模压车间”及“全铝车身焊接车间”在内的全新生产系统。预计2017年中,工厂将开始试生产。

前途汽车的母公司长城华冠,早在2010年就成立了电动汽车事业部,专注电动汽车核心技术研发,其核心电动车部件均为自主设计开发。前途汽车董事长陆群先生表示,前途汽车将继续秉承“以车为本,以人为本”的信念,攻坚电动汽车核心技术难题,未来为用户打造更多真正富有“驾趣”的纯电动汽车。

[October 13, 2016] Today, Qiantu Motor displayed its Qiantu K50 and a series of proprietary core technologies of electric vehicles at the 2016 Energy-saving and New Energy Automobile Industry Development Plan Achievement Exhibition (2016 IEEV China). This is the debut of Qiantu Motor after it was qualified as a producer of pure electric passenger vehicles and of its three core technologies, i.e. Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), Rechargeable Energy Storage System (RESS) and overall lightweight technology.

VCU is like the brain of a person which controls the various "functional organs" of an electric vehicle and enables the vehicle's various modules, including travel management, energy management, communication management, human-machine interaction and safety management modules, to work harmoniously, thus guaranteeing the integration of the vehicle's driving system and energy system.

As the "Energy Regulatory System", RESS allows the battery to work safely at reasonable temperature conditions and can improve the charging/discharging performances and service life of the battery pack in all seasons. These technologies have all been applied to Qiantu K50 and undergone considerable tests, and the vehicle safety is well guaranteed in extreme weather conditions or upon crash.

For overall lightweight technology, Qiantu Motor fully utilizes new materials to make a lightweight but robust auto frame. Qiantu K50 is made of an aluminum alloy body frame and carbon fiber body cover which reduces the vehicle weight by about 250 to 300kg compared with the conventional body and chassis design. The carbon fiber body cover as suspended above the booth of Qiantu Motor has a weight of less than 100kg and well demonstrates Qiantu Motor's leading overall lightweight technology. With the substantial decline in vehicle weight, the number of power batteries is reduced and the acceleration and braking performances are optimized. It takes only 4.6 seconds for Qiantu K50 to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h, thus bringing the unlimited driving pleasures of electric vehicles to users. Qiantu Motor's Suzhou plant, which is under construction now, is expected to include a brand-new production system comprising the "carbon fiber fast molding workshop" and "all-aluminum body welding workshop", both designed for the lightweight of car body. The workshop is expected to start trial production in mid-2017.

CH-Auto Technology Co, Ltd., as the parent company of Qiantu Motor, has already established its electric vehicle division in 2010. The division focuses on the R&D of core technologies of electric vehicle. Its core electric vehicle parts are all independently designed. According to Mr. Lu Qun, chairman of Qiantu Motor, Qiantu Motor will continue to cherish the philosophy of "vehicle first and human first" to address the difficulties encountered in the development of its EV-related core technologies and develop the pure electric vehicles that bring pure "driving pleasures" to users.
